Clinic RN New

Pride Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s geriatric-focused primary care clinic in Lake Mary, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in a supportive, weekday-only setting — no weekends required!

Shift: M-F 8a-5p

Pay: $40-$45 hourly

Contract: 05/05-08/01

Duties:

• Demonstrates consistent commitment to high-quality customer service and patient care.
• Supports Care Manager and Provider in follow-up care after hospital or ER visits.
• Screens patients for care needs and collaborates with RN or physician on care plans.
• Delivers condition-specific education and care coordination under Provider guidance.
• Maintains accurate and compliant clinical documentation in medical records.
• Provides health education and teaching to patients.
• Offers direct nursing care, comfort, and emotional support to patients.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Acute Care
• Experience with electronic health records
• Valid Florida RN license or compact
• IV Certification
